Return & Refund Policy

We aim for customer satisfaction. However, to maintain product quality standards:

  • Returns are accepted within 7–14 days from delivery date.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Refunds are processed after product inspection and issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping and return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

  • Customized, discounted, final-sale products are not eligible for returns unless faulty.

  • In case of a damaged item upon arrival, contact us within 48 hours with proof (photos/video) for replacement or refund on the Customer Care Email : info@sevener.net
